Four Feelings Face (Video Lesson)

 

Labelling our emotions is the first step in regulation. We can describe our emotions in more than just words, we can use pictures and colours too!

Mindfulness Skills: Emotional literacy, recognising and describing emotions, naming emotions

Age Level: 5+ years old

Activity Duration: 20 minutes (Could go longer with colouring in!)

Materials Needed:

  • 1 piece of paper

  • Colour pencils or markers
